Bank Holiday

I woke up yesterday with one thing on my mind; shopping. So I headed out to the busy streets of Madrid to satisfy my shopping craving. Unfortunately many of the shops and restaurants were closed due to a Bank Holiday. Instead I spent the day wandering the crowded streets of Madrid, sight-seeing, & enjoying my favorite iced mocha. Thank you Bank Holiday for making my Saturday very relaxing and saving my wallet.

    Bank Holiday is the opposite in the UK, most shops open for the people who are off work and ready to shop. I feel sorry for the people working in shops who don't get the holiday.
