De-layering

One of the best parts about New England are the constant seasonal weather changes from day to day (it is also the most annoying thing about New England). I spoke too soon when I wished for warmer weather- in my latest post. I was finally able to enjoy the day without a coat and dragged my boyfriend out to do anything we possibly could. My dress was another gift from my boyfriend (from Xmas) and he swears that he didn't purposely buy it to match my newly owned DVF hiking boots. If he meant to or not the dress was a great addition to my closet and I wear to so much.

Little Black Dress

Every girl should own a little black dress. It is the call of chic, sexiness. With a little black dress one can accessorize to their fullest and showcase their personal style and stylist within them. I wear black whenever I can, it has to be my favorite color to showcase who I am.

It was a victory for Spain in the world cup against Madrid last night. (Towards the end of the game I was actually cringing thinking that no one would score!)Since I had nothing remotely close to looking like a Spanish world cup fan I bought a Spanish flag in a souvenir shop and made it into a small dress. It was my way of showing my pride in the crazy streets of Madrid (& they were completely hectic!). I also died when I saw the Louis Vuitton case that held the World Cup trophy. Spain can have the trophy but can I keep the case?! Congrats to Spain!

Felicidades a España!

Louis

Louis..Vuitton that is! When Sunaina asked to interview me and my Louis Vuitton speedy bag I was more than thrilled. When I sat down and began answering her questions I noticed just how much I loved my bag. I had dreamed about having a Louis Vuitton bag on my hand since I can remember but what did I really love about the bag? The luxury of it? The thrill of having a label everyone knew and recognized? I couldn't point my finger on the answer until I answered the question "Where did you get your bag?" My wonderful family gave me the bag for my 21st birthday and it will be something I will have forever for a moment that I will always remember. It's more than just a bag and I carry that memory with me throughout the whole day. Do you have a sweet story behind your hand accessory?

Speedy Dilemma

Being in Paris has inspired me to write about, what else, Louis Vuitton. With their three-floor gorgeous flag-ship store that wraps around the block and cute collection out (Summer 2010) my one and only concern is their speedy bag. Yup, I have a small problem with Louis Vuitton. It wasn’t until recently that I felt this "dilemma" with the Speedy bag. But when I received one as a gift from my lovely family I was very indecisive about which bag would be better for my frame, the speedy 25 or 30. While doing some designer research I saw that the Speedy 30 bag looses it's shape easily and looks slouchy due to the lack of items people put inside it. Some girls fix this by lining a magazine on the bottom of the bag. I have plenty of magazines and bag essentials but really do not have enough for the Speedy 30 bag! So I decided that for my 5’2 height the speedy 25 bag is perfect. It fits all my essentials and more. Ive had my bag for almost a month now and don’t regret my decision at all! Which speedy bag do you prefer?

Arrivederchi Tourists

When traveling to London I was gifted with the Louis Vuitton London city guide. The outside is adorable and is full of amazing places to see, shop, and indulge. The book gives tips on what to wear and who you can hopefully get a glimpse of. No more looking like an unfashionable tourist! There are currently 8 books total (New York, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Rome, Paris, Miami, Tokyo and London) and one European collection that you can collect. I cannot wait to get my hands on them all! Next city guide: Rome! I'll be traveling Barcelona & Italy for the next week and a half so check back to see my fashion forward adventures! I look forward to a shopping spree on Via Borgognona, open markets, gondola rides, the list is a mile long. Who knows I may even run into the Beckham family in Milan!
