Theres Always Space For White

I was horrified to learn that flared jeans were coming back in trend. But, instead of fearing it I decided to embrace it. My trick no matter what your height - wedges. They make everything proportionate and elongated so I went with my minimally flared white jeans. I never believed that there was a certain time to wear white. There is always space for white in my outfit whether its on my tank top in the winter or jeans in the spring. Make room for white it will let the other colors you are wearing shine.

 I have found myself lately reaching for wallets and/or clutches rather than handbags. I don't know if it's the chill in the air or that I am in a complete rush (since my life as been so busy lately). I am still waiting for the first snow fall in New England I don't know what I'll wear but I'm ready. I am also proud to say that this is another {post} with my hair up (yay) - even though it fell half way to where I wanted to shoot photos - im learning though.

Sequins & Lace

This past weekend New England was lucky enough to get gorgeous weather. I was able to go out without a coat so I thought I would finally wear this dress with no tights for a night on the town. I never have been a girl who wears sequins or lace, but lately I feel as though I cannot get enough of them both. The lace dress was perfect for a hot date night with the low scoop neck in the back and full length exposed zipper. I was gifted the sequins clutch and at first did not love it but have grown a liking to it. It holds a good amount of stuff and adds a little shine to any outfit.

Peek-a-boo Mesh

Ever since I was invited to gilt.com, I have been a complete addict. I practically wait by my phone everyday 5 minutes until 12 for updates on new sales and what could potentially be mine. Since I am always too scared {because of sizing or not logging in fast enough} I never buy the pieces that I want. I finally decided on this LnA shirt and I am surprisingly in love. The mesh stripes are both cute and sexy making it a versatile top. You all know I love to be comfortable, so this is the perfect addition to my wardrobe.  And yes, I am posting an over-load of my new suede wedges but can you blame me?

The Wedge

 These are the shoes I rewarded myself with for doing a full day of errands in my heels {my latest post}. I purchased these wedges to help expand and grow the height in my shoe closet which is full of flats. They are actually more comfortable than I imagined and I spent another busy day in them. My feet are actually getting used to being in heels and I haven't got much complaints (from them haha). At the grocery store I got so many confusing looks as I was picking up my necessities of milk and eggs to get me through the weekend but, I just couldn't get enough of my new wedges.
